Sunday School Classes

Children's Sunday School Classes

Children’s Sunday school classes take place in the Parish Centre every Sunday, from 10:30 until 11:00.

There are three classes.

  • The youngest group, for children aged 4-7
  • The middle group, for children aged 8-12
  • The oldest group for teens, aged 13-17

Parents may choose to stay with their children or linger with the other adults over coffee in the parish centre lobby, the large gathering room or outside, at the patio tables.

One wonderful thing about these classes is that they will occur at the same time each week, whether we celebrate a 9:00 or 11:15 church service. This way, children can attend their own special classes and still worship with their parents. Additionally, we will continue to offer children’s lessons, when possible, during the sermons.

Of course, in order to make this programme successful, we need your help. We are looking for committed volunteers who are willing to teach the classes on a rotating basis. Materials, guidelines, support and training will be provided on the Sunday School Resources section of the website.

If you have room in your heart and schedule to help in this ministry, please contact Lisa Walsh .

We welcome your ideas and suggestions to make this a meaningful and fun opportunity for our young people.

Adult Sunday School Classes

Adult Sunday School / All-Age Sunday School Classes will continue to take place on an ad hoc basis after the Sunday morning service.

Children's Bible Story Time

Children's Bible Story Time takes place during the Sunday morning service as and when facilities and volunteers allow. The children and those parents who wish to accompany them leave the service after the Gospel for a class of their own. They rejoin their families at the offertory hymn.
