St Catherine’s has a strong tradition of helping others. We strive to follow Christ’s example by sharing our gifts with those in the local community and the world whom it is so easy to forget or neglect: the poor, the widowed, the oppressed and the destitute.
- The collection at our annual Carol Service is split
between a local and overseas project. e.g. Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza via USPG, Mindanao Bishops’ Conference Programme for Indigenous Peoples in the Philippines and locally Café Strichpunkt - At our Harvest Festival we collect non-perishable goods for the Schwäbische Tafel
- The Anglican Centre is used as the base for our Refugee Ministry.
St. Catherine’s also organises events e.g. Book Sales at which the English speaking community of Stuttgart can join together with us to worship and socialise.
