Continuing the Discussion – Tuesday 6th May @18:30
those who joined our Lenten Discussion Group enjoyed themselves so much that we have decided to continue on a monthly basis: 1st Tuesday of the month at 18:30 in the Anglican Centre. Please come and join us.


Friday 9th May – Evensong @18:30 in the Gemeindesaal
Due to the set up for the Book Sale in church


Book Sale fund-raiser – Saturday 10th May from 10:00-16:00.

  • Book donations.(Good quality English novels)
  • Donations of sweet or savoury bakes
  • People to help set up from 18:00 on Friday
  • People to help put everything away after 16:00 on Saturday
    Speak to Alison, Bernd, Jackie or Susanna if you can help.

And we need customers and distribution of flyers, please share the flier with your friends and neighbours and encourage them to come and spend money.

We are calling on all those who are part of St. Catherine’s to get involved with our Festival of Diversity at Pentecost – contributing something that represents their “home” culture.

Also we are looking for people to join the preparation teams for Sunday’s celebrating Africa, Refugees, USA, Philipines and India.

Prayers

  • We pray for all those who work, especially in difficult or dangerous situations
  • We pray for those who would like to work but struggle to do so through ill health or lack of opportunity
  • We pray for the children and young people at St. Catherine’s
