Invitation to discuss the financial future of St. Catherine’s
The Council has been discussing the financial situation of St. Catherine’s, in preparation for our Annual Chaplaincy Meeting, which will take place on Sunday 12th April. Unfortunately, we are going to have to take some far-reaching decisions on how we operate to put our chaplaincy back on an even keel financially. We need all of you who have the wellbeing of St. Catherine’s at heart to join our discussion on how we can make this work – by looking for solutions to our financial predicament, but also by sharing responsibility, for instance by standing for election as church councillor or even warden.
Please join the Council for a meeting on Sunday 1st March @13:30 (after church), so we can tell you where we stand and develop creative ideas together!“
- We pray for children with special needs in Stuttgart and their families. That the crisis in their education provision can be resolved.
- We pray for the Diocese in Europe, the Diocese of Canterbury and USPG’s work with refugees in Calais.
- We pray for those preparing for marriage, especially Rev’d Ben and Rahel.
- We pray for the Church of England General Synod as it comes to the conclusion of its meeting in London.
