Official Welcome to Rev’d Ben Coulter
Dear sisters and brothers in the Stuttgart Chaplaincy, dear people of God,
We are happy to welcome Ben Coulter as one of the priests with Permission to Officiate (PTO) from the Bishop in our Chaplaincy in Stuttgart.
Many of you may remember that Ben spent a month with us during Lent last year as part of his curacy. Since then, he has generously shared his time with our community, especially in the ministry with young people and in the preparation of our confirmands.
I look forward to working together with him and to the gifts and fresh ideas he brings to our ministry in Stuttgart, while also supporting him in his continuing ministerial growth.
Blessings,
+Antonio

Confirmation 31st May @12:00
After the Confirmation Service there will be a Question&Answer session with Bishop Andrew in the Anglican Centre. We are looking for two more volunteers to help the Coffee Team and provide extra savoury finger food for this event. Please speak to Alison if you would like to help.
This year’s Festival of the Worldwide Church in Stuttgart takes place on Whit-Monday 25th May. https://www.leonhardskirche.de/aktuell/fest-der-weltweiten-kirche
Many churches of different languages and origins will take part, and St Catherine’s will also be present with a stand.
It will begin with an international church service with Landesbischof Gohl at 11:00 in the Stiftskirche. Afterwards there will be lunch available from many culinary offers and entertainment in the afternoon. Come and visit us!
We pray
– for Ayden, Britney, Derrick, Great, Kailey, Pretty and Vernon as they prepare for their confirmation and Ulrike and Dominic as they prepare to be received into the Church of England
– for our Chaplain, Wardens and Council as they meet this week, for guidance in the decisions they will take
– for those who are sick at home or in hospital and for those who care for them
