The Gospel Concert has been held annually for a number of years combining the vision and hard work of the International Church of the Nazarene and the Anglican Chaplaincy. In concert were well established groups and soloists who used this opportunity to showcase as well as using this opportunity to give their talents. In concert came also increasingly younger and even school-based groups and this platform gave them a performance opportunity.
One significant feature of this event apart from the stunning music, was the celebration of friendships renewed between the two faith communities and the joy of working for a common cause. Another key here is the monies raised (entry was free but donations were asked for) helped make a difference somewhere, alternating approximately with gifts to local projects and those in the ‘global south’.
Sadly at the moment this like all big events is on hold for 2020. Thank you for your support (in whatever way) in the past.
