Dear friends of St Catherine’s,
Many of you will already be familiar with St. Catherine’s practice of focussing some of its Sunday services around a particular country or continent to give expression to the cultural and regional diversity that our chaplaincy in Stuttgart represents.
On 24th of August at 12.00 o’clock the Sunday service at St. Catherine’s will have a focus on India. We look forward to a rich culturally patterned tapestry of liturgy, music, prayers,etc., not to forget the after-service spread of palate tickling Indian food.
This comes as an invitation to any Indian friends or any friends of India to join in the preparations for this service. We look for contributions such as of reading a Bible passage or a prayer (in ones Indian language or in English), possibly a musical item, and then, of course we welcome the edible variety for the after-service gathering.
