The Anglican Centre is right opposite St. Catherine’s Church at Olgastr. 56, 70182 Stuttgart.
Originally intended as the administrative office for the congregation as well as a space for church meetings, gatherings such as choir practice and Sunday School, the Anglican Centre has developed a mission of its own in response to the influx of refugees in Stuttgart. It has become a place for refugees to come and find clothing, toys and essential household goods that they require as they establish their new life in Germany. Of course they also receive care and advice from the volunteers from the church who give their time to the centre. Read more about this work on Bishop David’s blog post St Catherine’s Stuttgart – a welcoming place for refugees
The ‘Kleiderkammer’ & Stammtisch is open for refugees every week Thursdays & Fridays from 1800-2100.
For church office matters please make an appointment – see contact details. During the interregnum the wardens will put you in touch with an appropriate member of our clergy team.
