BRIEFING ABOUT THE LENT AND EASTER UKRAINE APPEAL

There will be a briefing for all chaplaincies who are interested in hearing more about the Bishop’s Lent and Easter Appeal for the Ukraine.  This was previously scheduled for Thursday 17th March and will now be on Friday 18th March.

Midday CET for maximum 1 hour.

The meeting will include:

  1. Introduction to the Appeal from Bishop Robert
  2. Updates on projects and partnerships
  3. Information from the Clewer Initiative who are the experts in the Church of England about incidents of People Trafficking in a refugee crisis
  4. How chaplaincies can support or initiate projects via the appeal
  5. Q and A

The Diocese in Europe and USPG have launched a joint appeal to help all those harmed by the war in Ukraine in and beyond Ukraine itself.  Money will be channelled through our Churches and partner agencies both now and in the longer term.  If you can give please do so here:
