Dear Friends, Dear Sisters, and Dear Brothers,
I am sincerely grateful for the warm and heartfelt welcome I received at my licensing service last Sunday. Your hospitality touched me deeply, and I am immensely thankful for it.
On the 1st of October, I am eagerly anticipating my inaugural Sunday service as your chaplain and servant. We will gather to worship and praise the God of creation and of bountiful harvest. It is a moment I am greatly looking forward to.
I am filled with excitement at the thought of seeing you all this coming Sunday.
With blessings and warm regards,
Sunday 1st October @ 12:00 – Harvest Festival Eucharist
Please bring donations of non-perishable food goods for Schwäbische Tafel to the service.
There will be coffee after the service in the Anglican Centre.
Next Week – Saturday 7th October @17:00 Evensong
if you would like to join us for dinner afterwards at Pukki’s please RSVP. It will probably be too cold to sit outside so we will have to book a table.

Donations of books, cakes, biscuits, soups etc. requested, also volunteers to help set up, serve and pack away.

- We pray for our Chaplain, Wardens and Council as they hold their first meeting together this Sunday before the service
- We pray for those who have birthdays and baptism anniversaries in October
- We give thanks for harvest of field and factory.
- We pray for those who produce the food and goods we consume, that they may also receive a fair share of the harvest.
