Annual Church Meeting – 2nd April 2023

Official notice is hereby given of the Annual Church Meeting 2023 for St. Catherine’s, Anglican Chaplaincy, Stuttgart.
The meeting will take place after the 12:00 Palm Sunday service.
Join us to review the Chaplaincy’s year, review the accounts and elect Wardens and Council for the coming year and Deanery Synod representatives for a period of three years.
All are welcome to attend the ACM, but only those listed on the current electoral roll are entitled to vote or stand for election.

Who will stand? Nomination forms for elections are available at the back of church and from the Electoral Roll Officer (Frances).
Completed forms should be returned to the Electoral Roll Officer by 23:59 Friday 31st March. But basically paper forms should be handed to Frances this Sunday.
We pray for our Church as we each prayerfully consider who shall serve as Wardens, on Council and as Deanery Synod representatives.

we pray as Kathy’s Vesper resumes this Sunday for those who serve and those who are served
we pray for those standing for election as Wardens, Deanery Synod Reps and Council Members for 2023 (and those still considering standing)
we pray for individuals who have need of our prayers
