Paperless church? – can we live without single use paper?

Help sought for Coronation Afternoon Teas

• Bakers of typically British cakes, biscuits, etc.
  These can be delivered to the centre from 10:00 onwards on 7th May.
• Someone on the door to welcome people and take the money
• Helpers in the kitchen to make tea/coffee and washing up.
• Helpers to serve the cakes and drinks and clear the tables.
• Helpers to tidy up before Songs of Praise.

Annual Church Meeting – 2nd April 2023

Official notice is hereby given of the Annual Church Meeting 2023 for St. Catherine’s, Anglican Chaplaincy, Stuttgart.
Nomination forms for elections are available at the back of church and from the Electoral Roll Officer. Completed forms should be returned to the Electoral Roll Officer.
We pray for our Church as we each prayerfully consider who shall serve on Council, as Wardens and Deanery Synod representatives in the coming year.

Revision of the Electoral Roll

The annual revision of the Electoral Roll for St. Catherine’s Anglican Chaplaincy, Stuttgart will take place on 12th March 2023 in preparation for the ACM on Sunday 2nd April.
The main criteria for inclusion on the Electoral Roll are being baptised and being a regular participant in the worshipping life of St. Catherine’s.
Forms and more information can be obtained from the website or by e-mailing electoral_roll_officer@stcatherines-stuttgart.de
All forms must be returned to Frances by 11th March 2023 at the latest.
